All returns are subject to a 75.00 service charge, and shipping cost if there is no problem found. We use the manufacturer's diagnostic test to determine the functionality of all returned items. Please make sure that you have used the manufacturer's diagnostic utility to test anything before you submit an RMA request.

By submitting this RMA Request you are agreeing that you will package the returned item appropriately. This means packaging items in the way that FedEx recommends. You can view the FedEx "Guide to Proper Packaging" here. Fill all voids with padding or cushioning and provide the item with at least 3-4 inches of padding on all sides. Any returned item that is not packaged appropriately with be returned to the customer and the RMA will be revoked. By submitting your RMA Request you are acknowledging that you have read and understand the FedEx "Guide to Proper Packaging" and agree to package your returned item accordingly. Tape Drives are sensitive pieces of computer equipment and they have allot of moving parts. They require extra care when being shipped.
